Worn and Weary

There’s no doubt that the January blah’s are real and not in our imaginations. And to be sure, I know personally for myself, and I suspect for many of you too, the January blah’s are only exasperated by all we’re going through these days.

January is a month when many people experience feeling worn out and weary. I know that is my experience. We’ve had all the festivities of Christmas, getting together in whatever way we could with those who are significant in our lives, planning special meals to eat and for some of us just cocooning with a break from the chaos and routine that keeps us busy and preoccupied.
