Lord have mercy

Over the past couple of days, if we’ve been watching the news or reading reports in papers on or on the internet, we have been greatly affected by the earthquake in Turkey and Syria. It is so tragic to see the images of buildings crumbling, people running through the streets to escape and teams going through the rubble hoping to find survivors. As Beth and I were watching the news, we said that we hadn’t seen anything like this since the falling of the Twin Towers on 9/11.
