St. Paul’s Anglican Church

 

1834 – 2023

• 1834 – first service held in a barn with 50 people in attendance and 3 children baptized.
• 1851 – wood-frame church erected and burial ground established
• 1870 – first rectory erected
• 1887 – work began on a Gothic style stone and wood church 
• 1918 – construction of the present rectory began
• 1996 – congregation voted to renovate and expand the building, creating new offices, washrooms and an expanded kitchen

• Rev. Canon Mark Kinghan served the parish of St. Paul’s Anglican Church, from June, 2017, – May, 2023.  

 

• Rev. Randy Williams was assigned as St. Paul’s Interim Priest-in-Charge from July 1, 2023, to – January 31, 2024

 

• Rev. Richard Newland was assigned as St. Paul’s Interim Priest-in-Charge beginning March 1, 2024 – present.
