Each Sunday we celebrate Communion together at 10:30 am with music, hymns, scripture readings, a sermon and prayers. Although masks are optional, we strongly encourage those worshiping to wear a mask for their own protection and the protection of others. We look forward to welcoming you to St. Paul’s.

Decorations packed away, what now??

As I’m writing my musings for this week, Beth is in the process of taking down our Christmas tree. All the other decorations around the house, and as you may know there are many, were taken down over the weekend. The house is beginning to look normal again with everything back in its place. And the same is true at the church.

Last weekend when I went in to make sure all was ready, you wouldn’t have even known that Christmas had come and gone. The candelabras were all taken down, as were the window candles, the Christmas trees and the advent wreath. All the pieces of the nativity scene were packed away in their respective boxes. And everything had been moved up to the attic of the bell tower. It’s almost like we hadn’t just celebrate the birth of Jesus. Read More
